- The cookie window is the time after a click during which a signup is still credited to you. When a visitor clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is set in their browser for 90 days. If they sign up any time in that window, the commission is yours.
- What does the $50 minimum payout mean?
- The $50 minimum is the balance threshold that triggers a payout. Eligible commissions accumulate in your account; once the post-refund-window balance reaches $50, the next payout cycle pays it out. Smaller balances roll over to the next cycle.
- What happens if a referred customer asks for a refund?
- Commissions are held for 30 days before payout to cover refunds. Once a commission clears that window, it stays yours. There are no clawbacks on commissions that have cleared the 30-day refund window.
